Bio:
Being trained in the RecIaiming-Tradition since 1995, I'm a European Reclaiming
Witchcamp-Teacher and co-founder of the European Loreley-Witchcamp. Besides
my spiritual training I also bring my experience as a researcher, social
scientist, teacher in the adult education for more than thirteen years
and my further education in resource-oriented, systemic therapy into the
magical cauldron. I'm fond of combining different tools that help to find
out the special gifts of individuals or groups and I teach how to make
good use of these strengths in order to create the world, we want to live
in and communities of 'beauty, justice, balance, freedom and delight'.
This includes to help to solve conflicts and to support people to dissolve
blocks that arise along their path to their 'authentic self'. As I feel,
that 'one's own star' is strongly connected to others, I have also been
a co-founder of REA, the Reclaiming-Earth-Activists-Network in Europe,
Witchcamp- and Workshop-Organizer for a weeklong Magical Activism Training
with Starhawk, a mentor and ritual teacher of the community "Reclaiming
Lowlands" and have taught magical techniques for witches and activists
in Italy after the riots in Genoa. I love to adore the earth in cultivating
and expressing the "joie de vivre" and ecological counsciousness
in every-day-life, sing and dance, garden, make art-exhibitions at my
place, do research on ancient cultures in Europe, travel, visit sacred
sites and enjoy the wilderness, walks, fine meals and good talks with
my partner, soul-mates and friends.

Bio:
I've been a practicing witch for twenty years, and have been involved
with Reclaiming for most of that time. I also work in other magical traditions,
such as Gardnerian, Feri, and Nine Sisters. I consider myself eclectic
and am committed to interfaith as well as inter-tradition work. I am a
Reclaiming teacher in the SF/Bay Area, teaching core classes as well as
special classes in Aspecting, Anchoring, Spellcrafting, Tarot, and using
Music as a Magical Tool, and have student taught at two witchcamps. I
have BA's in Theater and in Music, and am co-Artistic Director of Magical
Acts Ritual Theater in Oakland. I am a member of the pagan folk trio Moonrise,
which recorded the cd "Songs of Love, Magic and Other Mysteries",
and I have sung on several Reclaiming cd's. I directed the Spiral Dance
chorus for five years. Busy woman, as you can see. I am committed to community
work, and served on Reclaiming's Spokescouncil for two years, and volunteered
for several years in support of the local bisexual community. All this
tells you about my activities and experience, but what's more valuable
to me is real interaction with people. Hard to convey here, and a lot
of why I do this work.
Special Offerings:
Aspecting - I love to teach workshops on aspecting techniques, exploring
the many ways this can be approached, and learning to make contracts and
commitments about how deep you want to work. Acting in Ritual - I teach
day long or ongoing classes in acting techniques for use in ritual. We
learn to make things real in the moment, and how to use our voices and
bodies and movement to help focus ourselves and the energy in a ritual.
Anchoring - This is the technique of deep witnessing and helping create
the container for rituals. This is simple but powerful work, and really
helps rituals.
Music and Magic - There are ways that music or sound can be used in ritual
that make for powerful tools. I know a wealth of songs and chants that
can be used in ritual too. |

My greatest dream is to see a strong Reclaiming community in the Midwest,
and I am particularly interested in helping folks in areas that are far
from a Reclaiming presence get started, since I've been in the same predicament
before. I'm most interested in traveling to communities to teach the core
classes, mentor an organizing team or individual, or whatever best suits
the local community's needs. I've been in Dreamweaving (the organizers
of the Midwest Witchcamp) for four years, and I've been working hard to
build a Reclaiming community in Chicago and central Illinois. I've been
teaching workshops for the past four years, am very active in the Diana's
Grove Mystery School, and I love drumming, singing, and a good crossword

to a group starting to do public rituals and teach the Reclaiming core
classes. I've become active in direct action politics again after a twenty-year
